BACS is the preferred method of payment, details will be provided on your invoice. Please pay within 3 days.

Insurance
Insurance claims can be facilitated, payment should be made at the time and then you should be reimbursed by your insurance provider. No "direct" claims can be made.
The good new is that most insurers will cover the cost of your pets treatment, either under veterinary and/or complementary therapy fees. It is your responsibility to ensure you understand your level of cover.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation within 24hrs of the scheduled appointment will be charged at the full appointment rate, cancellations 24 – 48hrs before the scheduled appointment will be charged at 50%.
The callout fee will not apply to cancelled appointments
